We all know good bones make a great house and this tired old beauty in Hendra was no different. Backing on to the Ascot racetrack, the team at Quality Homes Renovations were excited to give this old lady the TLC she deserved.

Step one of the renovation is to lift the house and, as always, Ian Fowler and his team were meticulous in their preparations for this exciting elevation.

With all the groundwork carefully completed, it was time to lift the house….

….and settle her in her new position, ready for stage 2 to begin.
