This was an unbelievable project, a complete renovation of an existing Queenslander with a modern extension at the rear that required a significant excavation of the site.

Constructed from steel portal frames with huge glass windows installed in between, the extension has taken this once unassuming home and turned it into a completely unique, custom build.

There are just so many architectural design elements seen throughout the house.

The moody black kitchen with concrete moulded bench tops, the enormous living area encased in glass, the magnificent bathrooms tiled floor to ceiling with custom floating vanities and quality fittings and each of the cosy sleep spaces have their own personality.

This property is 1 in a million.
