Over the last few years several large scale building companies have gone to the wall, taking many people’s dreams with them. At Quality Homes Renovations we pride ourselves on our adaptability and project focus. We’re not managing hundreds of sites or negotiating with multiple crews. Our clients are our focus and working in collaboration with them is what makes Quality Homes Renovations able to stand strong and continue to build exceptional homes. Our current project in the beautiful hideaway township of Lota is in full swing.

The old will meet the new in this stunning renovation. The owners are currently living on-site in the existing building and look forward to enjoying the space their new home will provide. As artists, they’re keen to make the most of the open plan and let in the afternoon sea breezes through wide doorways.

Lota is a quiet waterside hamlet tucked between Manly and Tingalpa Creek on the eastern side of Brisbane. Looking over Moreton Bay, it has many original Queenslanders on large blocks just waiting for a renovation and revamp. This project is an extension to an existing home only one street away from the water. The original home will be kept and the extension providing an open plan kitchen/dining, master bedroom and double lock up garage. The old and the new will be linked by an internal stairway which will draw you from the original home down into an expanse of light and space.
